Three timed sections and be consistent.
Regularity means being regular! How does it work? It's very simple: when you take one of the routes proposed by the application, we calculate your average speed over several sections of the route, as shown in the drawing opposite. The first of these (S1) will then determine your reference average speed. This is the speed you'll need to reproduce as far as possible on the other two sections (S2 and S3). To achieve the best performance, the differences in average speed between S2 and S1, and S3 and S1, should be as small as possible.
